The time it takes to receive a video analysis can vary depending on the expert's availability and workload. Generally, experts aim to provide feedback as soon as possible, but within 7 days at the latest.
If it takes an expert longer than 7 days don’t hesitate to Contact Us.

Experts on Tandem are required to respond to video analysis requests. If an expert does not send you an analysis within the expected time frame reach out to customer support at Contact Us.

You can purchase any of the options the expert has listed on their profile page. These options are sport-related and typically focus on techniques specific to that sport or interest.

The app will send you a notification, if you have have push notification turned on.

Tandem is currently only available on iOS devices such as iPhone and iPad. Click here to download from the Apple App Store.

How does it work?
It starts with a purchase
Find an expert you want to work with and then purchase a Tandem or subscription from their page.
Request and record
When you’re ready to request a Tandem the app will guide you how to record and send a video to your expert.
Receive your Tandem
Make sure you have push notifications on and we’ll notify you when the expert completes your request.
Share your Tandem
After you receive your Tandem make sure to share it. If you have a reaction video to receiving your Tandem post it on social or share it with us.
